Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping location using our prepaid label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
